Rob Blyth

Rob is a UKCP registered psychotherapist as well as a doctoral candidate working towards chartered status with the British Psychological Society and the Psychological Society of Ireland. Rob has experience of working with individuals who experience depression and anxiety and has a specific interest in the treatment of behavioural and mood disorders, such as OCD and ADHD. He works with an emphasis on a psychodynamic model of distress with a particular focus on the relational world of the individual. His research is concerned with the impact of complex developmental trauma on addiction and the recovery process. Prior to his training as a psychotherapist/psychologist, Rob worked in education.
