Lumina Psychotherapy are back open for face to face therapy in our Clinic in Dun Laoghaire. We are following best practices for Covid 19.
For your safety we ask that you observe the following:
Please arrive at your allocated appointment time, you will not be allowed to wait.
Please use the hand sanitiser provided at the entrance.
Toilets are for emergency use only.

If you have any Covid 19 symptoms please do not come to the clinic! We will arrange your session via Zoom, Skype or telephone as we also continue to work online.

Coping with Coronavirus restrictions causes increased anxiety, insecurity and irritability. Your mental and physical health is our priority during this difficult time. Lumina operates in accordance with best practice guidelines from the HSE, APPI, ICP, FTAI & CORU.

TALK / CONNECT… Stay in touch with family, contact a friend.
EXERCISE… Dance in your living room, learn yoga, workout online, get out, exercise within your 5km radius.
GIVE… a smile, send a postcard, write a letter.
LEARN… a new skill – something that gives you joy.
EVALUATE… don’t beat yourself up – this time is difficult!
COMMON PROBLEMS
Feeling overwhelmed and helpless causes anxiety for everyone. Working or studying from home without the usual supports can cause stress and negativity. You may also be experiencing financial concerns, bereavement or isolation. A fifty minute counselling session will help you manage.
