TIPS AND TRICKS FOR LOCKDOWN
TALK / CONNECT… Stay in touch with family and friends, liaise with colleagues, play games online.
EXERCISE… Dance in your living room, learn yoga, workout online, get out and walk within your 2km radius.
GIVE… a smile, send a postcard, write a letter, set up a group quiz.
LEARN… a new song, how to bake, Zumba.
EVALUATE… don’t beat yourself up – this time is difficult. Enjoy the downtime!
